Manhattan customers can choose flatware delivery service at checkout and each delivery is free.
Most other domestic shipments are shipped using UPS Ground service (charges listed below) and products are typically delivered within 1-10 business days.
Orders for multiple items may be shipped separately, so multiple pickups may occur.
To receive your order sooner, you may contact Customer Service to request Next Day or Second Day service for an additional fee. NOTE: Once your order has been processed, please allow one business day (Next Day Delivery) and two business days (Second Day Delivery) for delivery of your products. Weekend pickup or delivery is not available for either of these delivery options, and because not every item on our site is available immediately, all or part of your order may take additional time to arrive.
